Directions

1. Bring 4–6 cups of water to a gentle boil and pour into a large bowl.

4. Undress the lower half of your body and sit or kneel comfortably over the bowl, draping a towel around your waist to contain the steam.

5. Relax and enjoy until the steam naturally subsides.
