Before I had my son, I was facing something many of us quietly endure: lingering symptoms, autoimmune whispers, inflammation that nobody seemed to be able to fully explain. Tests would come back “normal,” but something inside me knew that what I was putting into my life and what I was putting on it was part of the problem.
Determined to find answers, I dove deep into research, holistic wellness, and clean alternatives. It meant shifting to organic, non-toxic products and simple routines rooted in wellness from the foundation. The transformation was real. I healed. I reclaimed my body. And when my son, Silva, came into my life, I knew I wanted him to grow up surrounded by health, purity, and intention.
That passion became Silva’s Forest: a place born from a mother’s love, from a journey of healing, and from a belief that what we put on and in our bodies matters.
